WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Visa, Master card, American Express and Apple Pay.


DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
I accept custom orders most of the time. I have a busy show schedule May through December, and my time is limited during those months. Feel free to email me with questions.


WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
I ship using USPS Ground advantage.
It’s fast, inexpensive and comes with tracking and $100. of insurance. Your order will be shipped in a box and a padded envelope.


DO YOU RESIZE AND REPAIR?
I do not resize rings I have already finished.
However, I do repair and resize rings not made by me. If that makes any sense!!! Resizing jewelry requires the stone to be removed and can be very risky – causing damage to the silver and or the stone…
If you need a longer or shorter necklace chain, feel free to email me.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
All of my jewelry is made with a mix of Fine Silver (.999 % pure silver is softer than sterling) and sterling silver (92.5 % silver and 7.5 % copper). The jewelry will naturally wear and tarnish over time. Some helpful tips:
-Take off when doing dishes or swimming.
-Keep your jewelry away from chemicals.
-Apply lotions, perfumes, and oils before putting on your jewelry.
-Store in a small zip-lock bag or jewelry bag when not wearing.
-Store in a cool and dry place to prevent oxidation.
-Polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (such as Sunshine Cloth).

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?
If you come see me at an Artisan Market, I can size you.
Otherwise, check with your local jeweler.


DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
I do not, only my online shop. I do attend Artisan Events around Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. (mostly southern Rhode Island).


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final ~ however, I will accept doing an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Must be in original packaging and in new condition. Must be shipped USPS Ground Advantage that comes with tracking and insurance.
